How do I know which program is the best fit for me?
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 session?
Can I do 2-on-1 training with someone of a different fitness level?
With Nutrition Coaching, do you just give me a strict meal plan to follow?

Life happens. I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so I can offer that slot to another client. Sessions canceled with less notice may be subject to a charge.

No. My approach focuses on education and empowerment , not restrictive meal plans that rarely last. We work together to build sustainable habits, teach you about macronutrients, and help you make better food choices that fit your lifestyle and preferences so you can maintain your long-term results.

It depends on your goals, budget, and how much accountability you need. If you want maximum attention and real-time feedback, 1-on-1 is ideal. If you need flexibility and are self-motivated but need structure, Online Training or a Personalized Program is great. The Transformation Package is best if you want an intensive, all-inclusive overhaul. We can discuss this during your free consultation to find the perfect match.

Yes! While you will train together at the same time, I will modify exercises and weights to suit each individual's capabilities. You both get a great workout suited to your needs while enjoying the shared motivation.
